La Costa Beach
La Costa Beach is one of the first generously sandy beaches you get to driving from Santa Monica heading towards Malibu.It is also one of Malibu’s last truly private beaches.There is a community beach club near the center of the beach that services the bluff homes across Pacific Coast Highway, but currently no public access.La Costa Beach has a similar feel to Carbon Beach, but tends to be a bit less expensive.The homes are immediately off of Pacific Coast Highway, yet surprisingly private once you step foot through the front doors.With its proximity to Santa Monica and the City, La Costa Beach is a favorite for those who love the “City by the Beach” feel.
