Latigo Beach
Latigo Beach is west of Malibu Road by a mile or two and is another beach community with a lot of diverse housing options. Latigo Beach is has a rocky point that is an excellent surf spot and diving spot. There are quaint, more original, Malibu Beach homes, a giant Condo Complex called Tivoli Cove, and a section of newer, very high end beach condos, all within a stone’s throw of each other. It is a mix of “Country by the Sea” and “City by the Sea”.
